JASON KIRKENDALL

Jason Kirkendall is the founder of Set Apart Disciples, a teaching ministry established in 2005. From a young age, Jason’s father, a minister, walked him through his sermons the night before he taught, showing him how to study the text & the original wording of Scripture. Those nights shaped Jason’s careful approach to Scripture that still guides his teaching today. Since 2001 he has focused on syncretism within the church, the Hebraic roots of our faith, the Torah, exposition of Scripture, & biblical apologetics. Through his teaching & writing, he calls believers to obey God’s full Word & follow Jesus with a set apart life, equipping them to always be ready to give an answer for what they believe.

 

Over the years he has taught in home Bible studies, led small groups, taught Sunday school for both teens & adults, served as a youth group leader, & taught other various special courses & classes at church.

 

Called to serve as a watchman, Jason addresses deception, guards sound teaching, & strengthens believers by pointing them to Scripture rather than church traditions. His walk with God carries a clear burden to challenge religious comfort & call professing believers to real repentance & obedience.

 

His heart is to equip ordinary believers to test everything by Scripture, stand firm in the middle of deception, & live lives that are truly set apart in a lawless world.
